HookKing is a physics based games in which the player controls a knight and gets to rampage through castles while collecting coins, smashing objects, and rescuing princesses along the way. The catch is that the character can only move through attaching to objects with his (or her) grappling hook and pulling himself or swinging along.

What I learned

Weird or unique control schemes can be tough to use / refine. In our extensive testing we found  that some players sat down and understood the controls right away (both on mobile and with a mouse) whereas others still struggled with it after playing for a bit. Looking forward we plan to keep tweaking the controls so that we can keep core game play mechanics but be accessible to more players
